Purchase Options & Cancellations
FiddleBits Studio™ offers both one-time purchases and recurring subscription products. The following information explains how each purchase option works.
One-Time Purchases
Products purchased as a one-time order are charged at the time of checkout. Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of purchase, provided they have not entered processing. After this time, orders begin preparation and cannot be canceled. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact hello@fiddlebitsstudio.com as soon as possible.
Cancellation requests can only be honored if your order has not yet begun processing or shipped. Once an order has been prepared for shipment or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for information about eligible returns.
Snail Mail Club Subscription
The FiddleBits Studio™ Snail Mail Club is a recurring monthly subscription.
When you subscribe, your membership automatically renews each month until you cancel.
Billing
- Subscription payments are processed on the 1st of each month.
- Your payment method will be automatically charged unless your subscription is canceled before the renewal date.
Joining the Mail Club
Subscribe by 11:59 PM Central Time on the 25th of the month to receive the upcoming month's Mail Club. Subscriptions placed after the 25th will begin with the following month's mailing.
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting hello@fiddlebitsstudio.com. To avoid your next renewal, cancellations must be made before 11:59 PM Central Time on the 25th of the month.
If your subscription has already renewed for the upcoming Mail Club, that month's package will still be prepared and mailed before your subscription ends.
Updating Your Information
Please update your mailing address and payment information before the 25th of the month to ensure your next Mail Club is sent correctly.
